Strategic Consulting
Provides strategic consulting on change management and global deployment from the kickoff meeting through initial roll-out. Will be responsible for planning the global deployment and executing the pilot deployment of CTE
Functional Configuration Support
Provides configuration of the Concur environment using best practices for audit rules, account codes, exceptions, receipts, email reminders, forms, lists, reports, workflow, hierarchy, departments, VAT, cash advance, as well as developing test scripts and preparing the system for user acceptance criteria. Ultimately ensuring that the Concur functionality comfortably guides employee behavior that adheres to the company T&E policy
Technical Consulting / Integration Development
Provides Concur interface design, development, testing and documentation including data from HR to Concur plus Standard Accounting Extract feed from Concur to AP/GL and credit card remittance. Also Single Sign On implementation where required.
Training
Preparing and delivering all training for users, technical staff and other employees involved with CTE. Determines best practice for End User Training for company (classroom, webinar, simulations, etc.). Develops all curriculum and documentation custom to Customer's configuration.
Report Development
Design and development of all custom / ad hoc reports required by the customer in Concur Intelligence.
